These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Paideia Stories, operated by VenturePipeline LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Maryland limited liability company. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
Paideia Stories is a subscription service that generates and delivers personalized, AI-illustrated bedtime stories to your email inbox. Stories are personalized based on child profile information you provide, including your child's name, age, interests, and appearance.
Stories are generated using AI and will vary in content from night to night. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or unexpected results. We do not guarantee any specific story outcome.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to Paideia Stories. By subscribing, you represent that you are a parent or legal guardian of the child or children for whom you are creating profiles.
Paideia Stories is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is:
All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until your trial ends. You may cancel during the trial period without being charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Your 7-day free trial begins when you complete signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. You can cancel at any time from your account page at paideiastories.com/account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive stories until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@paideiastories.com and we will review your case.
You may create profiles for up to the number of children allowed by your plan (1 for Single Child plans, 4 for Family plans). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Child profile information is used solely to personalize story generation and is never shared with third parties for advertising or other purposes.

Stories generated by Paideia Stories are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print or share individual stories for personal family use. Systematic reproduction or commercial use of generated stories is not permitted without our written consent.
The Paideia Stories name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are owned by VenturePipeline LLC.
Paideia Stories is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular story will meet your expectations. AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VenturePipeline LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Paideia Stories. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Paideia Stories after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
